I ordered a bouquet of flowers from Michigan to be delivered in Vero Beach. I received a call from Chelsea, who was courteous and friendly--as if we were friends. Chelsea said that they were currently out of some of the flowers needed for my requested arrangement. Chelsea said she would be able to put together a beautiful arrangement as a substitute, if I approved. I did and what she prepared was perfect! The flowers were delivered promptly within a couple of hours. I received an email notification of the delivery as I had requested. The family was extremely thrilled with the arrangements.
